HIDDEN ROAD BOOKS — SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Thank you for shopping with Hidden Road Books.
Many of our products, including pieces from the Dark Legacy Collection, are specially produced to order. This allows us to offer distinctive artwork and designs without mass-producing unnecessary stock.
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILMENT
Once your order has been placed, it will be sent for production and fulfilment.
Most orders are prepared within approximately 2–5 business days before shipping. During busy periods, holidays, product launches or unusually high demand, fulfilment may take a little longer.
Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate.
UK DELIVERY
For customers in the United Kingdom, we aim to have orders fulfilled as close to the customer as reasonably possible.
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery times will depend on the product, fulfilment location and shipping service available for your order.
The estimated delivery information displayed at checkout should always be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are delighted to welcome customers from around the world.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, fulfilment location, carrier and customs procedures.
Some products may be produced at different fulfilment centres. As a result, an order containing several items may occasionally arrive in more than one package.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated according to the products ordered, delivery destination and shipping method available.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Where tracking is available, you will receive shipping information after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
Orders fulfilled and delivered internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges have not already been collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them. Hidden Road Books does not control charges imposed by local customs authorities. Printful likewise notes that customs charges can apply when an order is fulfilled in a different region from its destination. Printful
DELIVERY DELAYS
Although we work with established fulfilment and delivery partners, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, customs delays, public holidays or exceptionally high order volumes.
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment for you.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. Because our products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment has begun.
Additional shipping costs may apply if an order has to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs showing the problem.
If your parcel appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate with our fulfilment and delivery partners.
RETURNS
Shipping and delivery issues are separate from returns and exchanges.
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full information regarding returns, damaged products, incorrect items and refunds.
